- Manage/lead the logistics and distribution to achieve department’s objectives.
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to guarantee on-time, cost-effective deliveries
- Assist in monitoring, improving and governing logistics and distribution policies and procedures.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for delivery failures, delays, or logistical bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and ensure that the Distribution and Logistics cost is valid and accurately invoiced.
- Monitor and control the market returns and rejects from customers.
- Monitor and control the issuance and return/de-hire of our leased pallets.
- Verify all damage to our inventory and take immediate actions to prevent or contain damage.
- Monitor, co-ordinate and ensure that our delivery requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare distribution and logistics management reports. Maintain logs and generate reports on delivery times, cost-per-mile, and supply chain efficiency
- Co-ordinate and provide feedback on the receiving and un-stuffing of our inventory from our suppliers (local & overseas).
- Coordinate and follow up with suppliers of all imports and exports shipment
- Work closely with government stake holder for import and export licenses.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule logistics personnel.
- Ensure all operations adhere to local, national, and international trade laws, as well as specific industry standards
- Able to work flexibly to deadlines and solve problems

- Honest, highly committed and following work ethics.
- English - Good
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Warehouse, Store and/or Supply Chain or related field
- Import and Export or Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management for 3 to 5 years
- Microsoft Word & Excel (Advance level is a plus)
- Outlook, Microsoft Team
- SAP or other stock system
- Good understand both of English specking & writing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
- Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
