Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, corporate occupiers, investors, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Market commercial properties for lease and sale.
- Source new commercial leasing and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property inspections, client presentations, and site tours.
- Prepare property proposals, submissions, market reports, and advisory presentations.
- Negotiate commercial lease agreements and property sale transactions.
- Provide strategic leasing, investment, and occupancy advice to clients.
- Coordinate with valuation, research, marketing, legal, and property management teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction pipelines in the company CRM.
- Represent IPS Cambodia at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Deliver excellent client service while expanding the commercial property portfolio.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Fluent is required
- Chinese - Simplified - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field is required
- Commercial Real Estate in Real Estate Development for 3 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding of Cambodia’s commercial property market.
- Commercial leasing and investment sales knowledge.
- Property sourcing and business development.
- Lease and sale negotiation.
- Client relationship and account management.
- Property inspection and presentation skills.
- Market research and commercial analysis.
- Proposal and report preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- CRM and transaction pipeline management.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
- Professional and client-focused approach.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Results-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
- Confident in networking and business development.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
