Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, and relocation partners.
- Market residential properties for lease.
- Understand clients’ housing requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on property viewings.
- Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants.
- Prepare leasing proposals and coordinate tenancy documentation.
- Source new residential listings and maintain an active leasing portfolio.
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction pipelines within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to maximise leasing opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
- Represent IPS Cambodia professionally during meetings, networking events, and property inspections.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Fluent is required
- Chinese - Simplified - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field is required
- Residential Leasing in Real Estate Development for 2 years as a minimum
- Residential leasing and property marketing.
- Property sourcing and listing management.
- Client needs assessment and property matching.
- Lease negotiation and tenancy coordination.
- Property inspection and viewing management.
- Client relationship management.
- Leasing proposal preparation.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- CRM and transaction pipeline management.
- Knowledge of Phnom Penh’s residential property market.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused.
- Confident when communicating with local and international clients.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and responsible.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
