KFK Food & Beverage Management Co., Ltd established in December 2019, specializes in modern Chinese cuisine and hotpot. The company operates the well-known brand Kungfu Kitchen (家常便饭) and manages multiple restaurant brands with more than 30 outlets across Cambodia.

- Social Media & Content Support:
- Post job advertisements and "behind-the-scenes" employee stories on platforms like Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Respond to comments and direct messages from potential candidates to keep engagement high.
- Assist in creating simple visual assets (using tools like Canva) for recruitment campaigns.
- Logistics & Event Coordination:
- Coordinate the logistics for university career talks and public job fairs (booth setup, brochures, and merchandise).
- Act as the first point of contact during "Walk-in Interview" days, greeting candidates and managing the flow of applications.
- Recruitment Administration:
- Coordinate interview timings between candidates and hiring managers for both outlets and the Head Office.
- Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or candidate database is kept up-to-date.
- Assist in gathering documents and onboarding for new hires to ensure a smooth transition from "candidate" to "employee."
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Basic
- Experience in HR, Administration, or Marketing for 2 years
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- High proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Fluency in the local language and basic English.
- Organized: Exceptional time-management skills; you should be someone who never misses an email or a deadline.
- Friendly, professional, and energetic. Since you are often the first person a candidate meets, a positive attitude is a must.
