The EU has a long-standing relation with Cambodia. Through substantial development assistance, support to democratic and good governance processes and a commitment to open markets, the EU has been assisting Cambodia in its efforts to build a brighter future for its population.
Landell Mills International has been contracted by the European Union Delegation to Cambodia to enhance EU relations, partnership and cooperation with the Kingdom of Cambodia through more effective communication and visibility of EU's principles and values, external policies and actions.
To fulfill this contract, we are seeking to recruit various non-key expert positions for part-time roles based on contracts measured in days, starting from the second quarter of 2026 and continuing through December 2027.
- English - Fluent is required
- Khmer is preferred
- Professional experience in graphic design for 5 years as a minimum
- Proven professional experience in graphic design for digital and print communication materials.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design for social media, campaigns, events, and print production.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop or equivalent).
- Experience designing for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Experience designing print-ready materials including large format (billboards, banners, backdrops, brochures, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of current design and visual trends, particularly for youth and digital audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional working proficiency in English required. Khmer is an asset.
- Previous experience working with EU visibility guidelines or institutional communication materials will be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience producing social media and print communication materials.
- Experience adapting designs to existing brand guidelines.
- Ability to deliver high-quality design outputs with guidance from the project team.

- Understanding of youth-oriented and digital-first visual communication
- Ability to deliver both digital and print assets to professional standard
