- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផលឥណទានមាសទៅកាន់អតិថិជនសក្តានុពលគោលដៅ។
- ដឹកនាំសកម្មភាពទីផ្សារជាមួយបុគ្គលិកសាខាទៅកាន់អតិថិជនគោលដៅ
- ត្រូវទម្លាក់ទុនតាមផែនការដែលបានកំណត់
- ធានាបាននូវកំណើនផលប័ត្រឥណទានមាសតាមផែនការ
- ជួយអតិថិជនក្នុងការស្នើសុំឥណទានមាស។
- ពន្យល់ពីលក្ខខណ្ឌកម្ចី អត្រាការប្រាក់ ជម្រើសនៃការសងត្រលប់ និងគោលនយោបាយ។
- ធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ផលប័ត្រឥណទានមាស។
- គ្រប់គ្រងគណនីដែលសងត្រលប់យឺតយ៉ាវ និងដោះស្រាយក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់។
- អនុវត្តការងារផ្សេងៗដែលចាត់តាំងដោយប្រធាន។
- Bachelor's Degree in ធនាគារ គ្រប់គ្រងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬផ្នែកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- មានសញ្ញាបត្របរិញ្ញាបត្រ ឬនិស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ធនាគារ គ្រប់គ្រងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម
- ឬផ្នែកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកធនាគារ មីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ហាងបញ្ចាំ ឬហិរញ្ញប្បទានមាស។
- មានចំណេះដឹងលើការវាយតម្លៃមាស និងដំណើរការកម្ចី។
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កុំព្យូទ័រ និងចេះកត់ត្រាបាន។
- មានជំនាញលក់ និងការចរចារ។
