- ជួយត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រវត្តិឥណទានរបស់អតិជិជនក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ (CBC Checking)
- ជួយបើកកម្ចី បញ្ចូលអតិថិជនបង់ប្រាក់ បើក CID សន្សំ បើក Fixed (ទាក់ទងប្រព័ន្ធ)
- ជួយរៀបចំទុកដាក់ឯកសារកម្ចី និងសន្សំ
- ជួយប្រមូលប្រាក់ពីអតិថិជនដែលមកបង់ប្រាក់ក្នុងសាខា
- បណ្តុះវិន័យឥណទានពេលទម្លាក់ទុន
- អនុវត្តការងារផ្សេងៗដែលចាត់តាំងដោយប្រធាន។
- Bachelor's Degree in ផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ធនាគារ គ្រប់គ្រងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬផ្នែកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- មានសញ្ញាបត្របរិញ្ញាបត្រ ឬនិស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ (ឆ្នាំទី៣ឡើង) ផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ធនាគារ គ្រប់គ្រងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឬផ្នែកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កុំព្យូទ័រ និងចេះកត់ត្រាបាន។
- យល់ដឹងអំពីផលិតផល និងសេវារបស់ធានា។
- មានភាពបត់បែន និងចេះធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម។
