Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Sales Planning & Strategy:
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies for the entire province based on market potential and company targets.
  • Allocate sales targets for each district/town within the province.
  • Monitor implementation of plans to achieve provincial sales objectives.
  • Territory & Route Management:
  • Plan and optimize sales routes to ensure full coverage of key provinces and remote areas.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of sales activities across the territory.
  • Monitor market coverage and ensure no gaps in distribution.
  • Expand the territory by identifying new outlets or towns for product penetration.
  • Reseller/Partner Management:
  • Manage provincial reseller partners (Depo) to ensure proper handling of all product portfolios.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and maintain the financial health of resellers.
  • Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock levels and follow company policies.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision:
  • Supervise and mentor sales representatives, merchandisers, and field teams working across the province.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, joint field visits, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the team follows proper sales processes and territory execution standards.
  • Sales Promotion & Activation:
  • Encourage resellers to implement sales promotion activities periodically to drive sales growth.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the province.
  • Ensure proper deployment of point-of-sale materials and marketing campaigns in line with company standards.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, trade activations, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key provincial customers, wholesalers, modern trade stores, and local business owners.
  • Address customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Conduct regular market surveys and collect market information including pricing, competitor activities, and customer trends.
  • Report findings to line manager and propose ideas to capitalize on opportunities or mitigate risks in the region.
  • Delivery & Stock Management
  • Ensure timely delivery of products from reseller partners to their customers.
  • Ensure key SKUs are widely distributed and stocks are maintained according to demand.
  • Sales Coverage & Monitoring:
  • Ensure reseller sales teams adhere to daily call plans and meet weekly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Performance Review & Reporting
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reviews with line manager (DDM), providing clear explanations of performance drivers and action points.
  • Track inventory levels, order requirements, and distribution performance.
  • Analyze sales data and suggest improvements based on market trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Leader.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Minimum 3/5 years of experiences in FMCG with 3 years of provinces management role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references, and repeat business
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office suite application
Soft Skills
  • Strong team leading and coaching skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good writing and speaking Khmer and English Languages.
  • Able to travel and station in upcountry and process driving license
