- Teach Khmer language, literature, and cultural studies to students at various levels, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and objectives and include the appropriate digital technology.
- Apply a variety of pedagogical techniques of student centered approach in order to promote friendly and effectively learning environment.
- Use student assessment and evaluation practices that accurately reflect the learner outcomes within the Khmer Language Program.
- Be a role model of professionalism for students, inspiring them to learn best.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the school procedures and to encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, professional behavior and responsibility.

- Teacher qualification from Cambodia National Institute of Education or equivalent.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
