- Design and implement lesson plans in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum for English, Science, and Mathematics.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Teach students using clear, engaging instructional techniques that promote active learning and critical thinking.
- Encourage curiosity and interest in subject matter through practical applications and hands-on activities.
- Develop and administer assessments to measure student understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement.
- Offer academic support and guidance to students, fostering their social and emotional development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and curriculum updates.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for effective teaching.
- Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance and classroom activities.
- Participate in school events and parent-teacher conferences to foster community engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in education, English, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in a primary setting, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum, is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of English, Science, Math.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and laboratory equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in STEM subjects.
