Throughout the country, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. has been involved in marketing various energy and lubricants products and services to its customers in both the private and public sectors. We offer a wide range of products through more than 100 service stations with over 52 Bonjour Shops, Industrial fuels, Aviation fuels and lubricants. Through the TotalEnergies Card, customers are offered a convenient way to make and manage fuel purchases. Other services offered include used oil analysis, tank installations and bulk deliveries to many of our Commercial customers.
In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:
- Support on preparation of the first PO, including data input in Excel, conversion to PDF, and creating Telegram groups for suppliers & dealers.
- Search and identify new suppliers and reach out to request product information and price lists Assist in updating product catalogues and related documents for new product listings.
- Support on surveys of competitors’ products and pricing by collecting and organizing data.
- Assist with coordination with suppliers for promotional activities.
- Support on data collection and consolidation for sales performance reviews, plus market insights.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Shop Vendor & Supply Manager.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in in relevant business field (possessing a basic knowledge about shop/coffee business would be a plus).
- Ability to use Microsoft office’s software (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Capability to communicate and write in English.
- Fast learner & willingness to learn new skill in an ever-changing job
- Willingness to travel for the job, if required.
- Good communication and open-minded person.
