Job Description

KiriTes Farm Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian private limited company engaged in agricultural construction, farm infrastructure development, and commercial agricultural production. The company provides construction and installation services for net houses, glasshouses/greenhouses, plumbing and irrigation systems, and other farm-related infrastructure.

Alongside its construction activities, KiriTes develops and operates integrated crop and livestock production, including vegetables, chilli, and chicken. The company combines infrastructure development, technical expertise, and farm operations to support efficient, safe, sustainable, and commercially viable agricultural production.

As part of its expansion across five provinces in the Tonle Sap region, KiriTes works with farmers, agricultural communities, technical specialists, and market partners to strengthen production quality, food safety and traceability, local employment, and market access.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Quality Systems and Standards
  • Assist the QC Manager in developing and updating quality procedures, product specifications, inspection checklists and record templates.
  • Implement approved quality-control plans for chilli, vegetables and chicken across farms, collection points, warehouses and handling facilities.
  • Verify compliance with SOPs, GAP, IPM, food safety, traceability, hygiene, animal health, and chicken biosecurity requirements.
  • Coordinate daily QC activities and supervise QC Officers or Inspectors when assigned.
  • Inspection and Production Control
  • Conduct or coordinate inspections and sampling of agricultural inputs, farm production, harvested products, chicken operations, storage and deliveries.
  • Verify product grading, packaging, labelling, storage conditions and supporting traceability records against approved specifications.
  • Recommend the acceptance, holding or rejection of products according to approved procedures and delegated authority.
  • Coordinate laboratory testing or additional technical verification when product safety or quality is uncertain.
  • Immediately report serious food-safety, animal-health, biosecurity or product-quality risks to the QC Manager.
  • Non-conformity and corrective action
  • Record non-conformities and issue corrective action requests to the responsible operational or technical teams.
  • Coordinate root-cause investigations for product defects, customer complaints, rejections and repeated quality failures.
  • Monitor corrective-action implementation and verify its completion and effectiveness.
  • Records, reporting and capacity building
  • Maintain accurate inspection, sampling, non-conformity, complaint, rejection and traceability records.
  • Consolidate quality data and prepare regular reports on compliance, defects, losses, risks and outstanding corrective actions for the QC Manager.
  • Train farm, warehouse, collection and handling teams on approved quality, hygiene, traceability and recordkeeping procedures.
  • Support internal reviews, buyer inspections, external audits and quality-improvement activities.

Languages:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agro-Industry, Agronomy, Bioengineering or a related field.
Work History:
  • Relevant QA/QC experience for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Practical experience in fresh produce, dried product, poultry, food processing or agricultural supply chains
  • Strong knowledge of GAP, GMP, HACCP principles, food safety, traceability, hygiene and chicken biosecurity.
  • Understanding of pesticide safety, pre-harvest intervals, veterinary-medicine withdrawal periods and product-handling requirements.
  • Ability to conduct inspections, sampling, product verification and interpretation of laboratory or quality-control results.
  • Experience managing non-conformities, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, customer complaints and product recalls.
  • Good Microsoft Office, digital record-management, Khmer and working English skills.
Soft Skills
  • Ability to supervise QC personnel, train operational teams and coordinate with technical and production departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, independence, integrity and ability to report serious quality risks promptly.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to farms, suppliers, warehouses and project sites.
