KiriTes Farm Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian private limited company engaged in agricultural construction, farm infrastructure development, and commercial agricultural production. The company provides construction and installation services for net houses, glasshouses/greenhouses, plumbing and irrigation systems, and other farm-related infrastructure.
Alongside its construction activities, KiriTes develops and operates integrated crop and livestock production, including vegetables, chilli, and chicken. The company combines infrastructure development, technical expertise, and farm operations to support efficient, safe, sustainable, and commercially viable agricultural production.
As part of its expansion across five provinces in the Tonle Sap region, KiriTes works with farmers, agricultural communities, technical specialists, and market partners to strengthen production quality, food safety and traceability, local employment, and market access.
- IT infrastructure and user support
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, and attendance devices at the head office, farms and provincial sites.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and maintain records of reported problems, repairs and unresolved issues.
- Account, security and data backup
- Create, update and deactivate company email, system and shared-drive accounts based on approved requests.
- Manage access permissions and apply antivirus protection, software updates, strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.
- Perform scheduled data backups, test data recovery and immediately report data loss, malware or unauthorised access.
- Business-system support
- Support the technical operation of accounting, procurement, inventory, farm-production and traceability systems.
- Assist farm and provincial teams with mobile devices, online forms, data submission and connectivity problems.
- Prevent unauthorised system changes and refer corrections of financial or operational data to the responsible department.
- IT assets and reporting
- Maintain an IT asset register covering equipment serial numbers, users, locations, licences, warranties and repair history.
- Prepare technical specifications for IT purchases and verify delivered equipment before acceptance.
- Report recurring system failures, equipment replacement needs and cybersecurity risks to the General Manager.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- IT support, network support, or systems administration for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
- Practical ability to install and troubleshoot Windows computers, printers, Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and email accounts.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, internet connections, and biometric attendance systems.
- Knowledge of user-account management, access permissions, antivirus protection, software updates, data backup and recovery.
- Experience supporting accounting, inventory, ERP, farm-management or online data-collection systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication and user-support skills.
- High integrity and ability to protect confidential company and employee information.
- Good Khmer and working technical English.
- Willingness to travel to farms and provincial sites when required.
