Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Academic Leadership
  • Implement national and international curriculum (Cambodian MOEYs and PSIS International Program), ensuring alignment with school vision and standards.
  • Plan and manage the full school calendar, including academic schedules and extracurricular programs.
  • Promote high standards of teaching and learning through:
  • Teacher Planning
  • Classroom observations
  • Teacher mentoring
  • Performance reviews and professional development
  • Establish and lead a mentoring program for teacher growth
  • Organize and facilitate teacher award selection based on clear performance metrics with central office
  • Monitor and support student learning outcomes through assessments, reporting systems, and interventions
  • Coordinate extra classes and enrichment programs, with special focus on support for slow learners through remedial strategies
  • Actively participate in professional development training and monthly Educational Technical Meeting.
  • Marketing and Enrolls
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that promote the school’s programs, culture, and reputation.
  • Lead efforts to increase enrolment by organizing open houses, school tours, and digital campaigns…
  • Reduce the number of students drop out, monitor enrolment trends and conversion rates to identify and implement improvements.
  • School Operations
  • Manage day-to-day campus operations including timetables, scheduling, staff assignments, and facilities management.
  • Execute and track the school’s strategic and operational plans.
  • Actively participate in teacher and staff recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee and implement the teacher award selection process guideline based on teaching quality, innovation, and contribution.
  • Monitor traffic streamlining during inbound hours
  • Oversee the services of informants and register
  • Supervise the uniform and preparation of employees.
  • Inspect hygiene by office locations such as living rooms, test rooms, office rooms, libraries, meeting rooms, children's bedrooms, and by class...
  • Monitoring the stock and material needs used in the branch
  • Monitor employee thumb scans
  • Provide ethical and behavioral guidance to customers on a regular basis to employees.
  • Plan a Guardian Survey on Services
  • Plan the activities and costs of various programs on campus (New Year, Christmas, PTC...)
  • Arrange the regular turns of office staff (until students leave the campus)
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Lead and coordinate as the primary liaison between school and parents, ensuring regular, clear communication and timely response to inquiries or concerns.
  • Facilitate regular parent meetings, teacher-parent conferences, and school community events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and external education partners.
  • Emergency Preparedness and Risk Management
  • Develop, implement, and routinely update the School Risk Management Plan.
  • Lead and coordinate crisis response plans, including student safety, health emergencies, or other critical incidents.
  • Ensure staff are trained and prepared to act according to emergency protocols.
  • Daily Responsibilities
  • Directing student intake and discharging students
  • Supervise environment, sanitation, order on campus and around buildings
  • Oversee the discipline and conduct of all employees in the branch.
  • Monitor all employee clock-out hours
  • Monitoring and receiving staff positions
  • Supervise daytime childcare services to ensure quality and trust from customers
  • Weekly Responsibilities
  • Lead meetings by section (by section, report work completed during the week, report problems and find solutions met, implement implementation plan next week)
  • Monitoring work plans by section (daily and weekly work)
  • Check inventory list by section
  • Monitor the school's work calendar to arrange various programs on time
  • Supervise Campus Cleaning Activities
  • Track Plan Implementation by Segment
  • Monthly Responsibilities
  • Check the list of requests for materials by section
  • Monitor thumb scan data and teacher signature list
  • Check the payroll list before sending it to the Human Resources Office
  • Oversee the work summary report by section before sending it to the head office.
  • Lead meetings by section, focus on service to clients, childcare services, automotive services.
  • Plan marketing activities (target new students)
  • Meet to mentor inactive employees and find solutions to help improve
  • Planning work for the next month
  • Cumulative and reporting account list
  • Monthly Employment Report Summary
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in education is required
  • Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or Administration is preferred
Work History:
  • School leadership experience for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Cambodian educational and International Program, included Australia or Singapore system and policies
  • Proven ability to lead academic programs and manage diverse school operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English; bilingualism is a plus).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conflict resolution and staff management skills.
  • Technologically proficient in school management systems and digital tools.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
